An update on the gearbox fault. I took the car to Citroen Birmingham and they diagnosed a problem with the "electro pump". It had ceased and was blowing the fusebox. The hose pipe connected to the pump had bursted too. The irony is that my independent warranty company (Click4Warranty) 5-star, does not cover that part - very upset. Aadam1975.
